I visited a neighboring Chevrolet dealership in TR who gave me the runaround and an astronomical quote. I reached out to Kwesi, a friend of mine, who recommended I contact Anna at Pine Belt for assistance. Buying multiple car from pine belt Chevy and Hoss has sold us every single one. My first car was a great car but aside from Hoss’s work the service department lacks increadably. I bought my car from Pine belt back in June 23. When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered.
