Service advisor Mary listened,and addressed my concerns and communicated them to the technician. Both her and the technician communicated their findings with proper documentation to support their findings. The technician also test drove my vehicle and verified my concerns as being well founded. They also performed and videoed a safety check and oil change. I am also extremely impressed by their professional skills and diagnosis.

It's hard to describe how great the service Department performs I've been dealing with Pine Belt Chevrolet for 27 years and year after year their service writers and complete service department from the time you pull your car in to the time you pick it up has improved tremendously year after year I've been dealing with Mary and can't give him any more phrases than I do every time she helps me she's a direct reflection of Pine Belt service department they had no rentals for me but when I walked in somehow she was able to get me the car of my choice so no point I was inconvenienced to conduct my daily business again just want to thank Mary and the whole Pine Belt service team

My service experience was great! Super easy from the online scheduling to the direct drive up service bay. All of the staff from the gentleman who checks you in, my service guy Taylor and the cashier all polite and professional. Oil change and tire rotation in less than an hr.

No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no trying to upsell me. I had found the vehicle I wanted online, called and made an appointment for a test drive, and when I got to the dealership on that day it was straightforward from start to finish.
