Brought my vehicle to Pine Belt Chevrolet to have the transmission looked at, and possibly serviced. Despite having a 7:30am appointment on a Friday specifically for my transmission, it was not looked at until the following Thursday. Pine Belt did provide a loaner for that time. I was told the vehicle needed a brand new $10,000 transmission. I picked-up my vehicle the next day and brought it to a local transmission specialist for a second opinion. For $600 the local specialist serviced my vehicle's transmission and it's perfectly fine. That is the story of my most recent interaction with Pine Belt Chevrolet.

Pine Belt Chevrolet service performed all of my concerns for my 2010 Chevy-camaro 2ss and advised me of maintainance that may need to be done at a future time. Very happy with the experience I had i usually do not make recommendations but I'll make an exception today.

This group really worked hard to solve our issues. We were "drop in" people and yet they took care of us like we were their regulars.

Their service center was very professional and Al was very courteous and kept us updated. Great Service! Highly Recommend!!
