Anna was incredibly thoughtful and she had my best interest in mind during every step of the process. She was a fellow Bolt EV owner so it was nice to buy my EUV with someone who has personal experience with the Bolt and EVs in general. As it was a used car that I bought, it came with a little bit of damage, and she helped me negotiate a deal that included the repair of a scratch on the back. She has a great personality and she seems genuinely very kind hearted.
