Best service center by a country mile. Bought my car there and have gotten it serviced there ever since. Only once did I cheat on them by going to another dealership close to me, and I regretted that decision. Ever since, I don’t even dare not bring my car in at Pine Belt Chevy. Everyone there is very professional. Make sure it’s Pine Belt Chevy because I have other car brand as well, with their dealer next to Chevy in Pine Belt Lakewood. Safe to say that Chevy’s quality of service is next to none. Kudos to everyone

I had such a pleasant experience at Pine Belt Chevy! I came in for an oil change, and from start to finish, everyone in the service department was wonderful. The service techs weren’t just friendly, they were genuinely funny and fun to be around. You could tell they all actually like each other, which created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The waiting lounge was comfortable and stocked with snacks and beverages, which was a really nice touch. And then I got my car back washed! I definitely wasn’t expecting that. It’s rare that getting an oil change is an experience worth writing a review about, but this one was. Great service, great people, and a really nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Allen in the service department was wonderful! Explained everything, was efficient, and most of all kind. Allen made sure that I was in and out in a timely manner and went above and beyond in all that was asked!

Brought my vehicle to Pine Belt Chevrolet to have the transmission looked at, and possibly serviced. Despite having a 7:30am appointment on a Friday specifically for my transmission, it was not looked at until the following Thursday. Pine Belt did provide a loaner for that time. I was told the vehicle needed a brand new $10,000 transmission. I picked-up my vehicle the next day and brought it to a local transmission specialist for a second opinion. For $600 the local specialist serviced my vehicle's transmission and it's perfectly fine. That is the story of my most recent interaction with Pine Belt Chevrolet.
