My service representative Taylor was polite and professional. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. It took about 2 hours before the vehicle was ready for pick up. Service Technician who inspected the vehicle failed to correctly set the tire pressure. As a result, my low tire pressure warning light came on. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer 2 days later and had them correct it.

I was getting my regular service of an oil change and I love seeing all the them Corvettes too! Great service and location! They also had treats lol 😂

Was a walk-in with low tire pressure with a nail in the tire. As long as I was there, I decided to get the oil changed in my leased Trax. Allen got me right in and my Trax was serviced quickly.

Taylor was fabulous! I needed tires and the price was so close to Costco so I wanted the dealership to do it. I wanted in a nice clean waiting room and was out in about 75 minutes . Thank You Taylor.

It was a good experience dealing with Taylor. My only complaint was that the service program I received from Pine Belt had included 4 free oil changes. Two from the dealer and two from Chevrolet. Taylor said that it was reduced to 3 oil changes. Was just curious why there had been a change in the program.
