Had a wonderful experience with Pine Belt Chevrolet sales and service dept. Sandy, salesperson was friendly, attentive and not too pushy. By the time I left, I felt as if I had a new friend. I bought a certified used Traverse and had a small issue with it when I brought it home and called ASAP. Sandy got me set up with the service dept immediately. I brought the car in and was provided with a loaner car with no issues and nothing but kindness and patience as I had my handicap son with me in a wheelchair. The loaner car was picked so I could fit the wheelchair in the back without any problem. They kept my car until they felt what I felt while driving, which is something most service people don’t do and it always happens that when you bring the car in, the problem you're hearing or feeling never happens. They took the car for a ride at least 5 or 6 times so took their time to find out what was really wrong and kept me posted on their findings. 3 days later, the car was repaired and pick up was a piece of cake. I really appreciate the team’s professionalism and kindness. Thank you Pinebelt for a pleasant experience.

Came in for oil change and possible bad battery. Asked me before they did the work, they will send a video of the muliti-point inspection. Was relatively quick, I waited for my car. Nice waiting area, pretty large with snack and drink options. Free coffee, definitely smelled fresh and is single serve so no old coffee.

The salesman was very knowledgeable.
