The service dept did what was asked that is change the oil. However they did an overall review of the car and priced the items to 1800 which so inflated! They wanted to charge me for a cabin filter 67.00 which cost 23.00 at an auto parts store! Allen was very kind and understanding but it was way over what I can afford

Taylor was very professional and rather funny actually. He was thorough with explaining what was taking place with my vehicle.

Mary was excellent but……your pricing for windshield wipers for my Tesla Model Y was WAY off based. $119 where I could buy it from Tesla for $60? Something is wrong with that. Everyone in the Service Department was excellent except your pricing.

Service advisor Mary listened,and addressed my concerns and communicated them to the technician. Both her and the technician communicated their findings with proper documentation to support their findings. The technician also test drove my vehicle and verified my concerns as being well founded. They also performed and videoed a safety check and oil change. I am also extremely impressed by their professional skills and diagnosis.
