The service dept did what was asked that is change the oil. However they did an overall review of the car and priced the items to 1800 which so inflated! They wanted to charge me for a cabin filter 67.00 which cost 23.00 at an auto parts store! Allen was very kind and understanding but it was way over what I can afford

Service advisor Mary listened,and addressed my concerns and communicated them to the technician. Both her and the technician communicated their findings with proper documentation to support their findings. The technician also test drove my vehicle and verified my concerns as being well founded. They also performed and videoed a safety check and oil change. I am also extremely impressed by their professional skills and diagnosis.
My experience was great. Taylor was very kind. He went out of his way to teach me things I did not know I had in my car.

My service experience was great! Super easy from the online scheduling to the direct drive up service bay. All of the staff from the gentleman who checks you in, my service guy Taylor and the cashier all polite and professional. Oil change and tire rotation in less than an hr.
Fantastic Dealership! Worked with Gene at Pine Belt to get a 2027 Chevy Bolt. First off, everything about Pine Belt was transparent and straightforward. No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no trying to upsell me. I had found the vehicle I wanted online, called and made an appointment for a test drive, and when I got to the dealership on that day it was straightforward from start to finish. Brought my vehicle to Pine Belt Chevrolet to have the transmission looked at, and possibly serviced. Despite having a 7:30am appointment on a Friday specifically for my transmission, it was not looked at until the following Thursday. Pine Belt did provide a loaner for that time. I was told the vehicle needed a brand new $10,000 transmission. I picked-up my vehicle the next day and brought it to a local transmission specialist for a second opinion. Pine Belt Chevrolet service performed all of my concerns for my 2010 Chevy-camaro 2ss and advised me of maintainance that may need to be done at a future time. Very happy with the experience I had i usually do not make recommendations but I'll make an exception today.
This group really worked hard to solve our issues. We were "drop in" people and yet they took care of us like we were their regulars.

Had a wonderful experience with Pine Belt Chevrolet sales and service dept. Sandy, salesperson was friendly, attentive and not too pushy. By the time I left, I felt as if I had a new friend. Came in for oil change and possible bad battery. Asked me before they did the work, they will send a video of the muliti-point inspection. Was relatively quick, I waited for my car. Nice waiting area, pretty large with snack and drink options. Free coffee, definitely smelled fresh and is single serve so no old coffee.
The salesman was very knowledgeable.
Totally positive experience, felt more like family than a customer.
