Buying multiple car from pine belt Chevy and Hoss has sold us every single one. My first car was a great car but aside from Hoss’s work the service department lacks increadably. I bought my car from Pine belt back in June 23. When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered.

Bill was an amazing salesman!
Bill was an amazing salesman! I came in looking to buy what used car I could afford and walked out with a brand new car! He was very respectful and patient and really intently listened when he asked what I was looking for in the car . Extremely easy to talk to - never once felt pressured and never felt uncomfortable asking him questions. Most importantly , he has had great follow up after the sale ! Which is rare to find - a lot of them forgot who you are once you walk out the door -not Bill. He did not want to just make a sale - you can tell he truly wants his customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. Nothing but the best here - Bill and the dealership are top notch !

Let me start by saying I was not even in the market for purchasing a car. However, when Toni Roselli of Pinebelt Chevy Lakewopd asked me what she could find for me if I were, I did have one car in mind that I’ve had trouble finding in decent pre-owned condition, so I gave her my list of demands, down to the color and preference of a manual transmission. Well, not only did Toni find this exact car, she found it about two weeks post our conversation. She called me the moment the dealership got a hold of it and kept me updated on its status until it was ready to be sold. We quickly agreed on an appointment time and after a quick test drive, we sat down to talk finances. Toni searched for the best loan for my budget, which included a two year warranty and even sat me in with Pine Belt’s insurance specialists to get me the best and most affordable full coverage they could. They even assessed my current coverage on my other vehicles to make sure I had the best coverage and at the best cost to me. Within a few hours I was driving home in my new/used dream car and the process could not have been any easier.
