I scheduled an appointment for my vehicle and brought it in for service. I sat in the waiting area for approximately 90 minutes before being told the required service would take all day. It was a bit of a pain to have to wait so long before the issue was even diagnosed, but the dealership offered to pay for a car service to bring me home and pick me back up again when the work was complete. I agreed! Pine Belt Chevrolet service center did a great job taking care of me and my vehicle.

Gene is awful. Acts like he's the boss and has no clue what he's even talking about. Disrespectful and rude not even just as a worker but as a human too.
