This is now my 4th Chevrolet purchase from Pine Belt. When it came time to get a new lease, I was way over on my miles and needed to decide between purchased that car out or leasing a new one. I visited a neighboring Chevrolet dealership in TR who gave me the runaround and an astronomical quote. I reached out to Kwesi, a friend of mine, who recommended I contact Anna at Pine Belt for assistance. Before I stepped foot in the door, we already had a number that wasn’t going to leave us in financial ruin and a 26 traverse LT that was ready to go. I cannot thank Anna and Kwesi (at Mazda) enough for their professional and overall wonderful experience. There was never any pressure to make the deal. They offered us realistic options and numbers from the start, and to top it off, everyone that works at Pine Belt is genuinely pleasant to be around. Start to finish the process was great.

I bought my 2021 Chevy Blazer before moving from NJ to Florida. I was supposed to close on my house on a Monday but it was delayed to Friday. Working with Jeremy in sales they held the Blazer for me until I closed. Also once I moved to Florida I required back surgery and lost a check they mailed me for an over payment I made me for the Blazer’s registration. Their staff (Deborah, Darling and mgr Joe) were very friendly and helpful in issuing me a replacement check. I highly recommend that you strongly consider them for the purchase of your next vehicle! Buying multiple car from pine belt Chevy and Hoss has sold us every single one. My first car was a great car but aside from Hoss’s work the service department lacks increadably. I bought my car from Pine belt back in June 23. When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered.

His knowledge of the vehicles was very helpful and he quickly searched the inventory list to find the new vehicle that met my exact requests while staying in my price range. He worked in a timely manor to complete my sale and get me home in time for dinner with my family. He made sure that I knew how to operate everything in my vehicle and even checked in on me a few days after my sale. Brian in finance and Tomas in management also made sure to get me a price that I was comfortable with in vehicle I was excited to say yes to. This is my 6th consecutive vehicle from Pine Belt and I simply will not look for a new vehicle anywhere else! I highly recommend shopping there and asking for Adam at Pine Belt Chevy. Let me start by saying I was not even in the market for purchasing a car. However, when Toni Roselli of Pinebelt Chevy Lakewopd asked me what she could find for me if I were, I did have one car in mind that I’ve had trouble finding in decent pre-owned condition, so I gave her my list of demands, down to the color and preference of a manual transmission. Well, not only did Toni find this exact car, she found it about two weeks post our conversation. She called me the moment the dealership got a hold of it and kept me updated on its status until it was ready to be sold. We quickly agreed on an appointment time and after a quick test drive, we sat down to talk finances.
