I visited a neighboring Chevrolet dealership in TR who gave me the runaround and an astronomical quote. Buying multiple car from pine belt Chevy and Hoss has sold us every single one. My first car was a great car but aside from Hoss’s work the service department lacks increadably. I bought my car from Pine belt back in June 23. When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered.
